I’m Fodil Oukil. I’ve worked with athletes and major sports organizations, so I’ve seen what really works when it comes to transforming a body. I also have a Master’s in Sport Science, but what matters most to me is helping real people—not just professionals—make meaningful changes. Most programs throw you a random plan and disappear. Here, you get weekly check-ins, real communication, and adjustments based on your progress. It’s not “one size fits all” — it’s personalized to you and your lifestyle.

No. You can choose between a gym-based plan or a home workout plan depending on your preference and equipment.

No. The approach is flexible and realistic. You’ll get clear guidelines, simple meals, and options based on your lifestyle.

5. How do check-ins work?

You’ll submit a weekly check-in with your progress, photos, and feedback so your program can be adjusted as needed.

6. What equipment do I need for home workouts?

A pair of dumbbells is enough. Anything else is optional.

7. How fast will I see results?

Most clients start noticing changes within 2–4 weeks, with major transformations by week 12 — depending on consistency.
